1. Delivery

We deliver most items within 2-3 working days. 
You’ll see the delivery options for a product on each individual product page. If next working day or named day delivery is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout.

Normal deliveries

Usually delivered within 2-3 days.
Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6pm.
Some carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Delivery Costs

Next or named working day delivery (Monday to Friday) - £8.00
Next or named working day delivery before 10.30am (Monday to Friday) - £9.95
If next working day or named day delivery is available for your order, we’ll offer you these options at checkout.
These options are available for Monday to Friday delivery.
Order by 3.30pm for next day delivery.

International delivery

We offer delivery of selected products from our website to international destinations. Please be aware, that for logistical and legal reasons, not everything we sell is eligible for international delivery; electrical products are one example, but see the full list below.

Our service team can answer questions about the website, your orders and our delivery services. Please note though, that the team is English-speaking and can currently only respond to calls in English. If you don’t speak English please e-mail Customer Services for a response in Spanish, Italian or Finnish. You can email us internetsales@oceanleisure.co.uk , or call Customer Services on 020 7930 5050. The lines are manned weekdays 10am – 6pm.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

In some but not all instances, the recipient will need to sign for an international delivery; this depends on the local carrier and value of the order. We'd advise you assume that someone needs to be in to receive the parcel.

Please note that the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland count as UK, not International delivery.

Products excluded from international delivery

We're sorry that not everything we sell online is eligible for international delivery, for reasons connected with logistics, legalities and warranties. Here's a list of exclusions:
- Knives/scissors
- Paints, glues and products containing these items. 
- Flares

Delivery T&Cs

All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays

On rare occasions, we may need to delivery items outside the published timed windows. We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

 

2.  Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with any product ordered from us we will refund or exchange the item. Just return them to us within 30 days for a full exchange or refund.

Please check that you are satisfied with a product before taking it into the water. Ocean Leisure cannot refund or exchange items that are unsuitable once they have been used. Sorry but we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage as they are both direct costs unless the product is faulty.

Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us following the instructions above and we'll exchange it or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Terms & conditions

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 30 days of purchase

If you return your item and you'd like a refund but don't have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we'll give you a gift card to the value of the current selling price. Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed. We'll make this clear when you place your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
