Ocean Leisure are passionate about customer service and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is a pleasurable one. If you have something you are unhappy about please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.
Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team. All calls to Customer Services will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary).

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which sets out additional specific conditions related to that product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
Order Confirmation and Shipping
All orders are deemed to be an offer by the “buyer” (an individual or an organisation who buys or agrees to buy goods from Ocean Leisure) to purchase goods and are subject to acceptance by Ocean Leisure. Ocean Leisure can choose not to accept an order for any reason. Acceptance and the completion of the contract between the buyer and Ocean Leisure will take place on despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
We will always send you an email confirmation upon successfully placing an order. We have a legal obligation to provide you with an electronic receipt for your transaction which you may want to file or print out to keep for future reference.
The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address. We will also send you a final email to let you know that the order has been dispatched.
Note: Our "Next Day" delivery cut off time is 3.30pm. Regardless of your shipping options, orders placed after this time are usually sent the following working day. Also note that we don't currently offer Saturday deliveries (RM Special Delivery Saturday) through our website. This will mean that if you order on Friday before 3.30pm and pay for RM Special Delivery (Guaranteed for 1pm) you will receive the item next working day. If you need something delivered during the weekend, please call us.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current full VAT rate is 20%. If your order is sent to within the European Community (EC) your invoice will include VAT at 20%.
For some items or combinations of items there may be an additional delivery charge. If this is the case we will contact you before proceeding.
Methods of Payment
Ocean Leisure accepts the following payment methods for orders: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and PayPal. All payments must be in pounds sterling.
Orders from outside the EU and BFPO are not subject to VAT.
Out of Stock Items
With a few items we may experience longer delivery times if stock deliveries are delayed. If this occurs we will contact you. If you would like more information concerning the delivery date of your purchase please give us a call on 0207 930 5050.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with any product ordered from us we will refund or exchange the item. Just return them to us within 30 days for a full exchange or refund.
Please check that you are satisfied with a product before taking it into the water. Ocean Leisure cannot refund or exchange items that are unsuitable once they have been used.
Sorry but we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage as they are both direct costs.
Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
As a mail order company the security and privacy of your information and personal details are of top priority to Ocean Leisure. All of our information is collected and stored in accordance with both the Data Protection Act and the Distance Selling Directive.
All Ocean Leisure online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect all of our customers.
We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected whilst online. We accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
Your payment details are kept in an encrypted format and your order is processed on our mail order system which is not connected to the Internet.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.
When you shop on this website, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password.
We confirm that any personal information which you provide to us (or which is available on public registers) and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner's Office. We use your information only for the following purposes:
